Who is VIP fast track at Ngurah Rai best suited to?
VIP suits four kinds of traveller best:

How does a VIP arrival at DPS actually run?
Fast track is a facilitation layer on top of normal procedures. It changes how you move through the terminal, not what the authorities check.
- Before landing.Your flight is monitored and the meeting time adjusts to delays.
- At the airbridge or arrival gate.Staff meet you by name, where terminal access is permitted.
- Immigration hall.You are walked to the fast track lane. Officers carry out the passport check as they would for anyone. Whether you can use an e-gate is decided by immigration, not by the concierge.
- Baggage reclaim.The porter collects your bags, including oversized items you declared at booking.
- Customs.You get guidance on the declaration. Any inspection remains at the officers’ discretion.

Departures run in reverse. Staff meet you at the international departures drop-off, help with check-in and bag drop, and the porter handles luggage. Passport control and security screening are mandatory and done by you. After that, you continue to a lounge where one is arranged, or to the gate.
Transit passengers are escorted between halls. An international-to-domestic connection still requires clearing immigration and customs at DPS, and on separate tickets you recheck your bags.

How does booking VIP fast track work?
Peak periods at DPS are July to August, Australian school holidays, Chinese New Year and December to January. Staff availability is subject to season, so book well ahead of those dates. For very late or very early flights, confirm staffing when you book.
For a group, multiply the per-person rate by the number of travellers. Child and infant handling is quoted on request.
