The Ngurah Rai Airport Fast Track privacy policy explains what we collect to arrange fast track at Bali’s DPS airport: names as printed on passports, flight details, contact details and any assistance needs. We use them only to deliver your booking, share them with operator Bali Premium Trip as needed, and delete them on request where law allows.
Last updated: 16 September 2026. This policy covers ngurahraiairportfasttrack.com and every booking made through its WhatsApp and email channels.
Who is responsible for your personal data?
This website is published by Juara Holding Group. Fast track services booked through it are operated by Bali Premium Trip, an independent concierge working at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) in Tuban, Bali. It is not the airport operator or a government agency. Escorts, porters, lounges and vehicles are arranged via vetted partners where it does not own the asset.
Under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022, known as UU PDP), Bali Premium Trip acts as the data controller for booking data. Privacy questions use the same two channels as bookings:
- WhatsApp: +62 811 2859 0000 (wa.me/6281128590000)
- Email: sales@balipremiumtrip.com
What personal data do we collect for a fast track booking?
| Data | Examples | Why we need it |
|---|---|---|
| Names as printed on passports | Lead guest and every passenger | So staff can find and match you at the airbridge or departure drop-off |
| Flight details | Flight number, date, arrival or departure | Scheduling, plus flight monitoring on VIP and VVIP |
| Contact details | WhatsApp number, email address | Confirmation and day-of coordination |
| Party details | Passenger count, ages of children | Staffing and family handling |
| Luggage and special items | Bag count, strollers, surfboards | Porter and vehicle planning |
| Mobility needs | Wheelchair requirement | Escort and porter planning (the wheelchair itself is requested through your airline) |
| Pickup area | Hotel or villa area | Vehicle transfer where your tier includes it |
| Booking records | Tier chosen, invoice | Billing and accounting |
We do not need passport numbers, passport scans or eVOA documents to arrange fast track. We never ask for full card numbers or passwords by chat.
The website records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) and, where enabled, aggregate analytics cookies. It has no user accounts.
Why do we process your data, and on what legal basis?
Article 20 of UU PDP sets out the lawful grounds for processing. We rely on four of them:
- Performing the booking you request: names, flight, contact, party, luggage and pickup details.
- Explicit consent: mobility or health information, which UU PDP treats as specific personal data, and children’s data, which must be processed with the consent of a parent or guardian.
- Legal obligation: keeping invoices and financial records under Indonesian tax law.
- Legitimate interests: website security, fraud prevention and basic analytics.
We do not sell personal data, make automated decisions with legal effect, or send marketing unless you ask.
Who do we share your data with?
Only the fields each part of the service needs:
- Bali Premium Trip reservations team: the full booking record.
- Day-of escort and meet and greet staff: names, flight, party size and special needs.
- Lounge, porter and vehicle partners: limited fields. A driver receives your name, pickup area and flight time, not your email address.
- Juara Holding Group: website technical data, and booking data only where support for its systems requires it.
- Technology providers: WhatsApp (Meta), email hosting and website hosting, each processing data under its own terms.
- Authorities: only when Indonesian law requires disclosure.
Passport control, customs and security screening remain with the authorities, who collect data under their own rules; we neither receive nor control it. Travellers apply for and pay the eVOA themselves on the official Indonesian Immigration portal.
How long do we keep booking data?
Retention periods apply as of 2026 and are subject to change.
| Record | How long we keep it |
|---|---|
| Enquiry chats that never become a booking | Up to 12 months after the last message, then deleted |
| Passenger names, flight and party details | Up to 12 months after the service date, to handle follow-up questions or disputes |
| Mobility or health notes | Deleted once the service is complete and no issue is open |
| Invoices and payment records | 10 years, because Indonesia’s General Tax Provisions Law (UU KUP) requires bookkeeping documents to be kept that long |
| Website logs and analytics | Per hosting and analytics provider settings, mostly in aggregate form |
WhatsApp conversations also sit on your own device and on Meta’s systems. Deleting our copy does not remove yours.
What rights do you have under UU PDP and the GDPR?
UU PDP (Articles 5 to 13) gives you the right to:
- information about processing, plus access and a copy;
- correction of inaccurate data;
- deletion or destruction, and withdrawal of consent;
- objection to purely automated decisions, and restriction of processing;
- portability, and compensation for violations.
Visitors from the EU, EEA or UK: the General Data Protection Regulation may apply when services are offered to you there. We honour the equivalent requests for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
How to make a request. Send a WhatsApp message or email with the subject “Privacy request”, the name on the booking, the flight date and what you want done. We verify identity against booking details, never passwords. UU PDP sets a 3 x 24 hour window for several requests, including access and correction, and we work to those windows. Where law requires records such as invoices to be kept, we explain what cannot be deleted.
How do we protect data and handle transfers abroad?
Only people working on your booking see it, and the site runs over HTTPS. If a personal data breach occurs, UU PDP requires written notice to affected people and the authority within 3 x 24 hours, and we will follow that rule.
WhatsApp, email and cloud hosting may store data outside Indonesia. Article 56 of UU PDP permits this with equivalent protection, adequate safeguards or your consent.
Which booking and liability terms relate to your data?
- Prices: Essential USD 105, VIP USD 500 and VVIP USD 1,500 per person, as of 2026 and subject to change. 2026 tier materials describe these rates as inclusive of taxes and service charges. See pricing and booking.
- Accurate details matter: a wrong passport name, flight number or date can mean staff cannot meet you as booked. Tell us about flight changes quickly.
- No guaranteed outcomes: fast track does not waive, replace or guarantee the speed of any official check. It does not change entry rules. Entry decisions rest with the authorities, and the eVOA fee is paid separately by the traveller.
- Third parties: airlines, the airport operator and government agencies are outside our control.
- Cancellations and refunds: the terms in your written booking confirmation apply.
