This Ngurah Rai Airport Fast Track disclaimer sets out plainly what the service is: an independent concierge arranged by Bali Premium Trip at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). It is not the airport operator or Indonesian Immigration, it does not exempt anyone from official checks, and it cannot guarantee clearance or processing time.

Who operates this website, and who does not?
ngurahraiairportfasttrack.com is published by Juara Holding Group. The fast track service described here is operated by Bali Premium Trip, an independent concierge. Some elements you see on the site, such as lounge access and vehicle transfers, are arranged via vetted partners rather than owned by us.
| We are | We are not |
|---|---|
| An independent concierge operated by Bali Premium Trip | The operator or owner of Ngurah Rai International Airport |
| A facilitation layer: escort, meet & greet, porter, flight monitoring on higher tiers | Indonesian Immigration, Customs, quarantine or aviation security |
| A booking point for arrival, departure, transit, lounge, porter and family help at DPS in Tuban/Kuta | An island-wide transport authority |
| A team that walks through every official procedure alongside you | Endorsed, appointed or certified by the airport or any government body |
Airport and agency names appear on this site only to describe locations and procedures. Nothing here should be read as a claim of official partnership.
Does fast track exempt you from official checks?
No. Every passenger still presents a passport at the immigration counter or e-gate, passes customs and goes through security screening. Our staff meet you, escort you to the fast track lane where one is in use, and help with bags. Officers make every decision.
- Fast track does not waive, replace or shorten any official check.
- It does not change entry rules and does not waive the eVOA fee. That arrival fee is separate and paid by the traveller.
- Waiting time on the day depends on how many flights land together, official staffing and procedures. We do not promise a finish time in minutes.
- An officer may refer any traveller for secondary inspection. We cannot intervene in that process.
- The authorities may refuse entry. The concierge fee pays for the service arranged, not for an outcome.
Is the regulatory information on this site official?
No. Our pages on eVOA, e-gates and the Bali tourism levy are general planning information written as of 2026. Rules, fees and eligibility change, sometimes with short notice, so check the official source before you fly. Be cautious of lookalike websites that imitate government portals.
| Topic | What we say (as of 2026) | Where to verify |
|---|---|---|
| eVOA | Applied for and paid by the traveller on the official Indonesian Immigration portal | Official Indonesian Immigration website |
| E-gate | Eligibility is decided by Immigration, never by a concierge | Official Immigration portal and on-site signage at DPS |
| Bali tourism levy | A separate per-person levy for foreign visitors, in force since February 2024 | The official Love Bali channel of the Bali Provincial Government |
| Customs declarations | Follow Indonesian customs rules for goods and allowances | Directorate General of Customs and Excise (Bea Cukai) |
Fast track fees never include the eVOA fee or the tourism levy.
What do the listed prices cover, and can they change?
Prices are per person in US dollars, as of 2026 and subject to change. According to Bali Premium Trip’s 2026 tier materials, these rates are all-inclusive of taxes and service charges.
| Tier | Per person (as of 2026) | Main scope |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | USD 105 | Fast track lane access with a personal escort, customs guidance, baggage reclaim help |
| VIP | USD 500 | Essential plus airbridge meet & greet, porter, lounge where arranged, vehicle transfer, flight monitoring |
| VVIP | USD 1,500 | Arrival and departure concierge, round-trip luxury car transfer, personal concierge, complimentary Bali SIM card |
The rate confirmed to you in writing, by WhatsApp or email, is the one that applies. Figures you find elsewhere online, including older rates or third-party listings, are not quotes from us. For families and groups, multiply the per-person rate; child and infant handling is quoted on request. Lounge access and vehicles depend on availability and partner arrangements on the day. Full tier details sit on the pricing page.
What are the honest limits of our responsibility?
We arrange the service you book with care. We do not control the airport, airlines, weather or officials. To the extent permitted by Indonesian law, we are not responsible for:
- Flight delays, diversions, cancellations or missed connections, including separate-ticket transits where bags must be rechecked after clearing immigration and customs.
- Decisions by Immigration, Customs, quarantine or security, including secondary checks and refusal of entry.
- Loss of or damage to baggage while in the custody of airlines or ground handlers.
- Service gaps caused by wrong or incomplete booking details, such as an incorrect flight number, date or passenger count.
- Wheelchair provision, which must be requested through your airline. We add escort and porter support.
- Events outside reasonable control, such as system outages, airport closures, strikes or natural events.
If a component we confirmed in writing is not delivered, tell us as soon as possible so we can review it against the booking record. Nothing on this page limits the rights you hold under Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection.
Cancellations and changes. Cancellation, amendment and no-show terms are confirmed in writing before you pay. Read them first and ask if anything is unclear.
Timing and season. Demand at DPS peaks in July and August, during Australian school holidays, around Chinese New Year and from December to January, so availability is never automatic. VIP and VVIP include flight monitoring, so meeting times adjust to delays. Late-night and early-morning flights are common at DPS; confirm staffing for those slots when you book through the booking page.
How is your personal data handled under UU PDP and GDPR?
We only ask for what a booking needs: flight number and date, passport names, passenger count and children’s ages, luggage count and special items (strollers, surfboards, wheelchair needs), chosen tier, and hotel or pickup area.
This data is processed in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law, Law No. 27 of 2022 (UU PDP), whose obligations took full effect in October 2024 after a two-year transition. Many guests travel from the EU, EEA and UK, so we also apply the core principles of the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679): a clear purpose, minimal data and reasonable security. We do not claim formal GDPR certification.
- Purpose: your details are used to arrange and deliver your booking and to contact you about it.
- Sharing: only with the escort staff, lounge or driver partners needed to deliver the service. We do not sell personal data.
- Your rights: ask to access or correct your data, request deletion once the booking and any legal record-keeping duties are complete, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time.
- Channels: WhatsApp and email providers apply their own privacy terms to messages sent through them.
- Safety: never send card numbers or account passwords by chat or email.
