Ngurah Rai Airport Fast Track is an independent information and booking site published by Juara Holding Group. The fast track services described here, at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) in Tuban, Bali, are operated by Bali Premium Trip, an independent airport concierge. Neither company runs the airport or Indonesian Immigration, and every official check still applies.
Below: who stands behind the site, what the service does and does not do, and the rules behind every price and procedure we publish. Information reflects September 2026.
Who publishes this site, and who runs the service?
Two separate roles sit behind every page.
| Role | Entity | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
| Publisher | Juara Holding Group | Owns the website, sets editorial standards, maintains the guides |
| Service operator | Bali Premium Trip | Handles booking requests, assigns escorts, coordinates the day |
| Ground partners | Vetted licensed partners arranged by Bali Premium Trip | Vehicles, lounge access and some porter services where the concierge does not own the asset |
| Official checks | Indonesian Immigration, customs and airport security | Decide entry, inspect bags, screen passengers; no concierge can change their decisions |
Booking requests sent from this site go straight to the Bali Premium Trip team.
Is this site affiliated with the airport operator or immigration?
No. Ngurah Rai Airport Fast Track and Bali Premium Trip have no affiliation with, and no endorsement from, the airport operator, Indonesian Immigration or customs. Escorts work where access is permitted; officers carry out every formal check.
Two government charges also sit outside any fast track fee:
- eVOA.Eligible travellers apply and pay on the official Indonesian Immigration portal. Bali Premium Trip does not waive or include this fee, and e-gate eligibility is set by immigration, not by any concierge.
- Bali tourism levy.Foreign visitors owe this per-person levy, in force since February 2024 and paid through the official Love Bali channel. It is separate from the eVOA.
Rules on both can change. Check the official portals before you fly.
What honesty principles apply to every page?
- No shortcut claims.Fast track never lets anyone avoid passport control, customs or security screening. Pages describe escort and coordination, nothing more.
- No speed promises.Queues at DPS depend on flight bunching, officer staffing and season. No page promises a fixed clearance time.
- Date-stamped prices.Every rate carries “as of 2026, subject to change”. Three tiers exist, and no other price appears on these pages.
- No borrowed credibility. No star ratings, review counts, awards, founding dates or team-size claims, because none are verified for publication.
- Asset transparency.Where Bali Premium Trip does not own a vehicle or lounge, the page says it is arranged via vetted licensed partners.
- Plain wording.“Fast track lane” and “arrival assistance” describe what happens without implying official status.
What does each tier include as of 2026?
Rates below are per person, taken from Bali Premium Trip’s 2026 tier materials, which describe them as all-inclusive of taxes and service charges. They are subject to change. For a family or group, multiply by the number of travellers; child and infant handling is quoted on request.
| Tier | Price per person (as of 2026) | Journey coverage | Core inclusions | Typical fit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | USD 105 | Escorted terminal handling | Fast track lane access with personal escort, customs guidance, baggage reclaim help; no lounge or vehicle by default | Solo travellers, light luggage |
| VIP | USD 500 per person | Terminal handling plus vehicle transfer | Everything in Essential, airbridge meet & greet, porter, lounge access where arranged, vehicle transfer, flight monitoring | Families, honeymooners, business trips |
| VVIP | USD 1,500 per person | Arrival and departure, round-trip car | Full concierge both ways, luxury car transfers, personal concierge, complimentary Bali SIM card, the most discreet handling | Guests who want full discretion |
The eVOA fee and the tourism levy are never part of these rates.
How does booking work?
- Pick a tier.Weigh luggage, party size and whether you need a car.
- Send your details.Flight number and date, names exactly as printed on passports, passenger count, children’s ages, luggage count, special items such as strollers, surfboards or wheelchair needs, the tier, and your hotel or pickup area.
- Confirm the meeting plan. The team confirms where you will be met. Late-night and early-morning flights are common at DPS, so ask for staffing on those to be confirmed in advance.
- Sort your own official items.Apply for the eVOA if eligible and pay the tourism levy through the official channels.
- Meet your escort. On arrival, at the airbridge or gate; on departure, at the international drop-off. On VIP and VVIP, flight monitoring lets meeting times shift with delays.
When should you book ahead?
Demand at DPS peaks in predictable windows:
- Mid-year holidays, July to August
- Australian school holidays
- Chinese New Year
- Year-end, December to January
Travelling inside one of these windows? Book well ahead.
How is the content kept accurate?
Guides are checked against Bali Premium Trip’s current tier materials and official Indonesian government portals, then rechecked when rates or entry rules change. Spotted something outdated? Email sales@balipremiumtrip.com.
