What does Bali Premium Trip actually do at DPS?
Fast track is a facilitation layer on top of normal airport procedures. A staff member meets you, walks you through each step and gets you to your car or gate. The procedures themselves stay the same.
Coverage is specific to Ngurah Rai International Airport in Tuban, not island-wide:
- Arrival: meet at the airbridge or arrival gate, escort to the immigration hall and fast track lane, help at baggage reclaim and customs, then a walk to the car.
- Departure: meet at the international departures drop-off, help with check-in and bag drop, accompany you to passport control and security (both mandatory), then lounge or gate.

Two government charges also sit outside any fast track fee:

- Bali tourism levy. Foreign visitors owe this per-person levy, in force since February 2024 and paid through the official Love Bali channel. It is separate from the eVOA.

What honesty principles apply to every page?
- No shortcut claims. Fast track never lets anyone avoid passport control, customs or security screening. Pages describe escort and coordination, nothing more.
- No speed promises. Queues at DPS depend on flight bunching, officer staffing and season. No page promises a fixed clearance time.

How does booking work?
- Pick a tier. Weigh luggage, party size and whether you need a car.
- Send your details. Flight number and date, names exactly as printed on passports, passenger count, children’s ages, luggage count, special items such as strollers, surfboards or wheelchair needs, the tier, and your hotel or pickup area.
- Confirm the meeting plan. The team confirms where you will be met. Late-night and early-morning flights are common at DPS, so ask for staffing on those to be confirmed in advance.
- Sort your own official items. Apply for the eVOA if eligible and pay the tourism levy through the official channels.
- Meet your escort. On arrival, at the airbridge or gate; on departure, at the international drop-off. On VIP and VVIP, flight monitoring lets meeting times shift with delays.
