These Ngurah Rai Airport Fast Track terms of service apply to bookings for fast track assistance at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), operated by Bali Premium Trip. Prices are per person across three tiers, and a booking counts only once it is confirmed in writing. Fast track helps you through the airport. Every passenger still clears immigration, customs and security in person.
Last updated: September 2026. The terms in force on the date of your written confirmation apply to that booking.
Who are the parties to these terms?
- Publisher: the website ngurahraiairportfasttrack.com is published by Juara Holding Group.
- Operator: Bali Premium Trip arranges and delivers every service booked through this site. It is an independent concierge. Lounge access, vehicle transfers and some porter services are arranged via vetted partners.
- You: the person who makes the booking, plus every passenger named in it.
Bali Premium Trip does not operate the airport. It is not Indonesian Immigration, customs or airport security, and none of those bodies has endorsed it. When you send a booking request and accept a written confirmation, you agree to these terms.
What does a fast track booking actually cover?
Fast track adds help on top of the normal procedures. It does not replace any of them. The service applies only at DPS in Tuban/Kuta. It does not cover the rest of Bali.
- Arrival: staff meet you at the airbridge or arrival gate. They walk you to the immigration hall and the fast track lane, help at baggage reclaim and customs, then take you to your car.
- Departure: staff meet you at the international departures drop-off. They help with check-in and bag drop, then walk with you through passport control and security, which are still mandatory, and on to the lounge or gate.
- Transit: staff escort you between halls. If you connect from an international to a domestic flight, you must still clear immigration and customs. On separate tickets you must also check your bags in again.
How is pricing structured?
| Tier | Price per person (as of 2026, subject to change) | What 2026 tier materials describe |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | USD 105 | Access to the fast track lane with a personal escort, customs guidance and help at baggage reclaim. Lounge and vehicle transfer are not included by default |
| VIP | USD 500 | Everything in Essential, plus meet and greet at the airbridge, porter service, lounge access where arranged, vehicle transfer and flight monitoring |
| VVIP | USD 1,500 | Full concierge on arrival and departure, a round-trip luxury car transfer, a personal concierge and a free Bali SIM card |
Pricing rules:
- Every price is per person. For families and groups, multiply the tier price by the number of passengers.
- The 2026 tier materials describe these prices as including taxes and service charges.
- Handling for children and infants is quoted on request and set out in your confirmation.
- Prices can change. The price shown in your written confirmation is the one that applies to your booking.
- Government charges are not included: the eVOA fee, the Bali tourism levy, customs duties and any airline fees.
When is a booking confirmed?
Asking a question on WhatsApp does not create a booking. A booking exists only once Bali Premium Trip confirms it in writing by WhatsApp or email. The confirmation states the tier, date, flight, number of passengers, meeting point and payment terms.
To request a booking, send:
- flight number and date
- each passenger’s name exactly as it appears on their passport
- number of passengers and the ages of any children
- number of bags and any special items (strollers, surfboards, wheelchair needs)
- the tier you want and your hotel or pickup area
You are responsible for giving correct details. A wrong flight number or a misspelled name can stop staff from finding you or delivering the service.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Changes and cancellations follow the terms in your operator confirmation. Send any change by the same WhatsApp or email route you booked through, and give as much notice as you can.
Changes depend on availability. That matters most in the busiest periods at DPS: mid-year holidays in July and August, Australian school holidays, Chinese New Year, and December to January. Your confirmation sets out how no-shows, late notice and refunds are handled. If it doesn’t cover your situation, ask the concierge desk for the position in writing before you travel.
What remains the passenger’s responsibility?
| Item | Responsible party | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| eVOA application and fee | Passenger | Apply and pay on the official Indonesian Immigration portal |
| E-gate eligibility | Immigration | The concierge cannot change who is eligible |
| Bali tourism levy | Passenger | IDR 150,000 per foreign visitor, in force since February 2024, paid through the official Love Bali channel |
| Customs declaration | Passenger | Must be truthful and complete |
| Passport validity and entry requirements | Passenger | Check official sources before departure |
| Wheelchair | Request through your airline | The concierge provides an escort and porter |
| Check-in deadlines | Passenger and airline | Set by the airline, not by the concierge |
Fast track does not waive, replace or speed up any official check. Officers make every decision about entry, customs and security. Bali Premium Trip cannot influence those decisions. For background, see our eVOA and e-gate guide.
How are flight delays handled?
- VIP and VVIP: the 2026 materials describe flight monitoring, so staff adjust the meeting time when a flight is delayed.
- Essential: tell the concierge desk about any schedule change on WhatsApp as soon as you know.
- Late-night and early-morning flights: these are common at DPS. Staffing for them is confirmed in advance, at the time of booking.
- Diversions, cancellations and rebooking onto another date are handled as change requests and depend on availability.
Airline schedules are outside Bali Premium Trip’s control, and so are the consequences of an airline changing them.
What are the limits of liability?
To the extent Indonesian law allows:
- The service is help at the airport. Processing times, queue lengths and outcomes are not guaranteed.
- Bali Premium Trip is not liable for decisions or delays by immigration, customs, security, airlines or the airport operator. That includes refused entry, denied boarding and e-gate or system outages.
- Keep your passport, cash, medication and valuables with you. The airline is responsible for checked baggage it loses or damages.
- Partner lounges and vehicles have their own rules and capacity limits.
- Events beyond reasonable control are excluded. Examples include weather, volcanic activity, strikes, public health measures and the airport’s annual closure for Nyepi.
- Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at the amount you paid for the affected service.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be waived under the law of the Republic of Indonesia.
How is personal data handled?
The concierge collects only what it needs to deliver the service: passport names, flight details, contact details, children’s ages and mobility needs. Necessary details are shared with vetted partners, such as a driver or lounge, only for your booking. Your data is not sold.
Processing follows Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022, UU PDP). That law gives you the right to be informed and to access, correct or delete your data, and to withdraw consent. International visitors, including those from the EU/EEA, can use the same routes to exercise comparable GDPR rights where those rights apply. Don’t send passport scans unless the concierge specifically asks for them for a confirmed service. Full details are in our privacy policy.

Which law applies, and how do these terms change?
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If a dispute comes up, both sides will first try to settle it in good faith through the contact routes above.
